Climate Risk Assessment for Bhutan’s Tiger Landscape (2023–2024)
Led a pioneering climate risk and vulnerability assessment for Bhutan’s Tiger Landscape under the Vanishing Treasures initiative. Collaborated with UNEP and EURAC Research, Italy, to guide climate-adaptive conservation strategies.
Business Planning & Forest Enterprise Development
Developed business plans and established forest-based enterprises in partnership with the Department of Forests and Park Services and the Asian Forest Cooperation Organization (AFoCO). Focused on enhancing local livelihoods through sustainable forest product value chains.
Tree-Ring Analysis for National Forest Inventory (2021–2023)
Analyzed over 4,000 tree-ring samples to support Bhutan’s National Forest Inventory. Findings contributed to the Bhutan State of Forest Report 2023, advancing forest age and growth analysis in the region.
